Privacy for website contact requests

The contact form collects your name, work email, organization, an optional estimate of protected installations, and an optional message so Dexaura can respond to your inquiry.

Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions. For verification, the handler sends the Turnstile token and client IP address to Cloudflare. A valid request is then sent to the Dexaura sales mailbox, and an acknowledgement is sent to the address provided. The handler does not store contact submissions in a website database. Email systems used to deliver and receive these messages may retain them under their own policies.

To limit automated submissions, the handler temporarily stores a keyed digest of the submitting network address with submission timestamps. It does not store the raw address in this rate-limit file. Entries older than the configured one-hour window are removed from the active counters during later verified submissions.

This page covers the public website contact form only. It does not describe data processed by the Dexaura Portal, protected applications, or runtime telemetry. Ask Dexaura for the applicable privacy information before using those services.
